What's your return policy
Custom orders are final sale. Stock items have a 20% restock fee and must be returned in the same condition as they were sold in. Refund will only be applied once product is returned and assessed. Shipping is up to the buyer. Items you wish to return must be discussed within 48hrs of delivery.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Oh no! Please send us detailed pictures of the damage to the item(s) as well as the state of the packaging within 48hrs of it being received. Once it has been proven to be damaged from the shipping process, we can proceed with filing a claim. Each case will be assessed individually to ensure customer satisfaction and damaged items replaced.
Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Before an in stock order has shipped, you can cancel it and then place your corrected order. Once an item has shipped or you’ve received it, it is no longer possible to exchange for another. Please see our return policy.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
48hrs after delivery.
Will I be refunded the full amount?
You will be refunded the full amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are processed within 24hrs of the item being returned and assessed.
