At Mountain Leather Co., I believe in the power of collaboration and the magic of equestrian sports.
Through sponsorships, I aim to support and uplift individuals, events, and teams that share my passion for the equestrian world.

As a craftsman deeply embedded in the equestrian community, I understand the dedication, hard work, and passion it takes. When you partner with Mountain Leather Co., you’re not just getting a sponsor; you’re joining a family that values tradition, craftsmanship, and the love for equestrian sports.
I’m Grace O’Greysik, a 16 yr old Barrel Racer from Edmonton, Alberta. My riding career began when I was pretty little, in English camps and the occasional trail ride. I then got my first horse, Chubbie, and we spent our time riding around my grandparents farm, bareback. Since then I have been lucky enough to jockey some pretty cool horses, but right now I just have my main guy, Chase My Jets. Our goals this year include attending bigger races, such as The Big Bang and The ABRA Finals, as well as winning our first buckle. Some of my favourite Mountain Leather Co products include my custom belt, leather noseband, breastcollar and jewelry case (which all match, by the way). I’m beyond honoured and so happy to have Mountain Leather Co. on my team for the second season in a row, and excited to represent a brand I truly believe in.
Hello! I’m Charlee Thomas, a barrel racer currently located in the Similkameen valley. I had the privilege of working with Mountain Leather co. last year and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with them again! My riding career started with local parades and trail rides up until 5 years ago when I started riding competitively and I haven’t looked back since. Currently I work with two horses, Shuddabin dun (Missy) and Doug. Missy is a 26 year old quarter horse who was my main barrel horse up until this year and will now be running flags and stepping in as needed. Doug is a 16 year old (presumably) Percheron x and we currently run barrels and poles with roping in the near future. This year our goals include going to bigger races, competing in the bcra and competing in a wider range of events! I have been ordering from Mountain leather co. for years, but my favourite pieces I have purchased definitely has to be my late mare’s noseband and matching cheek pieces. They held up perfectly through years of wear and now sit on my wall as a memorial, and still look just as good as when I first got them. I am so thankful to be blessed with the opportunity to represent mountain leather co and am excited to for the 2025 rodeo season!
Hi, my name is Lizz Jones. I’m 16 years old and I have been showing in 4H for 6 years. I am currently showing my heart horse Joker. I’ve been training and learning with him for 4 years and we’ve done almost everything together! From riding in the mountains, chasing cows, jumping, to winning in the show pen. I cant wait to see what the future holds for us. My favorite product that I’ve received from Mountain Leather Co. is a beautiful made belt that I will be using in the upcoming show season. I absolutely love the quality and detail in Dani’s work. I am so grateful to be able to work with Mountain Leather Co. and I cannot wait to show it off in the future!
Hi, my name is Reva Shopshire. I grew up on my family’s ranch, Shopshire Ranch, where we raise cattle and horses. I have loved horses my entire life and have always wanted to get into barrel racing. I finally had my chance to and I took it with a horse called Hotshot. He may be 22yrs old, but he loves his job and is in amazing shape for his age! After about a year of barrel racing I was offered the opportunity to represent my Hometown as Miss Stan Thompson memorial rodeo queen. This opportunity has taken me across BC and into the USA. Before going to run in the bigger rodeos in the states I had to figure out a horse as my barrel horse would not be able to stand still. So I pulled my buckskin, Stella, off the range and she became my full time rodeo queen horse. I have some big goals for my 2025 season as well as hopefully going to the states again this year! I can’t wait to see where this year takes me! My ponies and I are so thankful that Mountain Leather Co has let us join their team and we can’t wait to be rocking their brand this year! So Thank you.
Hi, I’m Gaby, a barrel racer residing outside Hay Lakes Alberta! I’ve had horses around since I was little but graduated from backcountry pack strings to performance horses and haven’t looked back! I currently run my big blonde OTTB mare “Woodbridge Miss” affectionately known as Blondie, B or the Bonecrusher. Her and I mostly barrel race but enjoy a good trail ride and working cows when we can. This year we’re planning on a bunch of bigger races along with a few smaller series and can’t wait to see how our year goes! My favorite Mountain Leather Co product has to be Dani’s nosebands! They’re so customizable to each horse and the amount of detail is crazy. I’m so looking forward to representing the Mountain Leather Co brand this season and have plans as always to add more pieces to my collection! Happy 2025 🙂
